➤Warm Tips:
Oil Filling Rules: Fill 20‑30 ml smoke oil for first use; max 20 ml per test session. Replace the oil every 30 working hours or when it turns dark and viscous. Cool the unit below 40℃ before refilling.
Power Connection: Powered by 12V car battery. Red clip for positive, black clip for negative. Reverse polarity is forbidden. Working voltage range: 11‑14V.
Working Time Limit: Continuous operation shall not exceed 20 minutes. Cool down for at least 15 minutes before restarting.
High‑temperature Protection: Do not touch the hot housing during or right after operation. The heating power will cut off automatically at 110℃ for overheat protection.
Test Restrictions: Keep smoke away from O2 sensors, catalytic converters and MAF sensors. Make sure the vehicle engine and ignition are OFF before testing.
Operation Environment: Use in a well‑ventilated area and keep away from open flame. Place the machine on a flat and stable surface.
